Beijing
Wanda Plaza (Phase II Project) office building, designed
by Germany GMP International, is a nouveau 'landmark'
figure in the core area of Beijing CBD. Phase II Project
consists of three sculpture-like Towers facing to East
Chang'an street, with a total construction area of 200
thousand square meters. Its designing principle was
guided by the spirit of German rationalism, pursuing
exquisite design in every particular and extraordinary
cares for utilitarian functions. After completion, it
will be emerging as another singular landscape amid the
skyscrapers of CBD.
Founded in 1988 and
restructured into a joint stock limited company in 1992,
Dalian Wanda Group was one of the first share holding
system reform experimental units. After more than ten

sales amount exceeded 10 billion Yuan in 2002. The aim
