Each office building has been furnished with 9 sets of elevators, among which 7 elevators are for passengers, other two for service and scaling ladder; the elevator communication design and quality both adopted the international criterion to ensure security, swiftness and comfort.
The passenger elevator’s velocity is 3m/s, load capacity 1,600kg (21 people), configured in a (3+4) high-low pattern. The elevator is Mitsubishi Nexway series product wholly assembled in Japan, with luxuriously decorated wagon, a height up to 3,000mm. The elevator applies advanced computerized automatic control, Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency (VVVF) technology, and gearless transmission technology that generate extremely low noises but excellent level-off |

functions such as multi-computer scattering network configuration,
serial-transmission, infrared light protection screen, double
large-sized colorful LCD, and voice prompt function; the velocity
of the service elevator (and scaling ladder) is 2.5m/s, load
capacity 1,350 kg (17 people), which was assembled at Shanghai
Mitsubishi, applies Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency (VVVF)
technology and streaky stainless outer surface, wear-resisting
plastic floor, standard height wagon. |
